What are your prices?

Due to the amount products we have and supply there are to many to list.

Where can I find your reviews?

We have multiple 5* reviews on our Facebook and Google from our happy customers. Warning OSJ products are highly addictive, as they smell that good!

How many segments should I use?

1-2 segments depending on how strong you want the scent and size of the room. But we recommend usually 1 segment is enough especially if its not melting fully with 2 segments and 1 segment usulay gives off better throw as it gets hotter.

What glitter do you use?

We use biodegradable glitter wherever we can. Biodegradable glitter only comes in hex shapes so our shapes such as hearts and stars are not biodegrade but once these become available to purchase we will switch.

Why are so many items out of stock?

We typically update the website once every two weeks,
historically this has lasted two weeks but recently, due to high demand, we sell out very quickly!

How long are delivery times?

We aim to dispatch all orders on following working day.

Orders it may take up to 7-10 working days for dispatch as many handmade to order due to the amount fragrances & products we supply.

We use the Royal Mail 2nd Class service

(If a medium or large parcel, they will come separately 2/3 packages. This so we could keep postage cost down as much possible)

Returns & Exchange

Returns & Exchange Policy All of our products are handcrafted and custom made to order, therefore, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

Gift-Cards & Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.

We will replace for the same product if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of receipt. Proof of purchase required.
